For all tracked services, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track the progress of your delivery via the Royal Mail website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the UK.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Missed Deliveries
If you're not at home to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a "Sorry You Were Out" card with details on how to collect your package or rearrange delivery. Please follow the instructions on the card to ensure you receive your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, in the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping:

Lost Items: If your item has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us, and we will investigate with Royal Mail. We will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Right to Cancel - 30-Day Return Window

You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days from the day after you receive them, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

If you cancel your order, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).

The return window extends to 30 days from the day after you receive your order, after which you will no longer be entitled to a refund, though exchanges may still be possible depending on the circumstances.
